Item of the Day: South India Bazaar’s Skirt

This skirt was a joint project between South Indian Bazaar owner Kelly and her mother-in-law, Nandini. Kelly lives in the beautiful jungle of Kerala, South India, in a small village just north of Trivandrum city.

Kelly sewed the South Indian Pink Gold Peacock Print Sequin Skirt shown here from a painted crepe-like fabric bought at a local market. Nandini sewed on the sequins. This $42.95 skirt works in many settings, whether a beach weekend or running errands in the city.
