An Interesting Exercise

Take this with a grain of salt, but I found a tool online to estimate how many calories per day you should be eating based on your age, gender, height, weight and activity level.

Keep in mind that these don’t take into account things like body composition/ build, or where the calories they’re recommending that you eat come from.
