LISTS: 3 Brownie & Blondie Recipes from Pinterest

1. Bayou Brownies

These brownies are made with 6 ingredients, including yellow cake mix, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. I’d personally skip the pecans that the recipe calls for. But they look scrumptious!

2. Cake Batter Blondies

“If you don’t like ooey, gooey half-baked cake batter, troll elsewhere, but if you are like me and enjoy licking the batter off the spoon and scraping the sides of the bowl… start baking,” writes blogger and baker Angela. We’re with you, Ang. We’re so, so with you!

3. Cookies ‘N Cream Oreo Fudge Brownies

“Cookies and cream ice cream, chocolate chips, and hot fudge… It all gets added to the brownie mix! Does it get any better than this??” asks blogger Amanda. And we dare say, “It sure doesn’t!!”

MAD MANI: Glittering Coral Digits

Welcome to Mad Mani! Every other Wednesday, we’ll be sharing the wicked-cool manicures (and pedicures) we’re seeing across the World Wide Web.

Our current favorite manicure is this one, which we’re calling Glittering Coral Digits. Again, we’re not sure whose handiwork this is; we found it on Pinterest, as we do most things these days, and there wasn’t a source.

Know whose genius this is? Please let us know!

To recreate the look, use China Glaze Coral Star nail polish ($5 on Amazon) and Lippmann Nail Lacquer in Boom Boom Pow ($21 on Beauty Collection).

LISTS: 4 Seafood Recipes

Summer time means seafood to me. Here are four seafood recipes I’m digging at the moment:

1. Panko-crusted Crab Cake Bites with Roasted Pepper-Chive Aioli

2. Scampi Stuffed and Roasted Shrimp

3. Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp

Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min.

4. Crab-Filled Crescent Wontons

LISTS: 5 Pasta Recipes Found Through Pinterest

1. Linguine with Garlicky Bread Crumbs

This one is pretty easy. To dress up plain noodles, simply toss pasta with 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder salt, and black pepper. Yum!

2. Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

This one looks like a lot of work, but for those of you who like some kick in your food, this looks like a good one.

3. Penne Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

This one comes from Nestle’s recipes site, VeryBestBaking.com, and it sounds pretty easy to make and really delicious!

4. Spaghetti With Sauteed Chicken And Grape Tomatoes

I am newly obsessed with grape tomatoes and I love that this recipe calls for them.

5. Pasta with Garlic Scape Pesto and Fresh Peas

This looks like the kind of dish you’d be charged $20 for at a hipster restaurant. So why not make it at home and be impressed with your skills?

LISTS: 3 Variations on Red Velvet Cake

I’d never heard of red velvet cake until a year or two ago. And then everybody was talking about it! Well, now that I’ve tasted red velvet cookies, I’m curious what other versions of velvet cake there are. Here are three ways to play with the original, as found on Pinterest:

1. Red Velvet Cake Rolls

2. Blue Velvet Cake

3. Purple Velvet Cupcakes

Which one are you most excited to bite into?

LISTS: 4 Yummy Chicken Recipes From Pinterest

Chicken. There are so many yummy things you can do with it. Here are four recipes we found on Pinterest that we can’t WAIT to gobble down:

1. Grilled Bruschetta Chicken

2. Bacon Wrapped Chicken Fingers

Boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins wrapped in bacon and then top with a mixture of cream of chicken soup and a cup of sour cream. Cover with foil and bake at 225 for about 4 hours. Then remove foil and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

3. Mini Chicken Pot Pies with Bisquick

4. Copycat Chick-Fil-A Chicken Nuggets

Which looks like the most delicious to you?
